What Is Your Vitality Age?
You already know your chronological age.
(It’s the number of birthdays you’ve survived. Congrats.)
Maybe you also know your biological age.
(Some app or doctor analyzes your pee, protein, and step count,
then gives you a number that’s supposed to mean something.)
But neither of these ages tell the whole story.
Because you can be 27 and burnt out.
Or 57 and absolutely on fire.
So, here's a better question:
How alive do you feel?
That’s your Vitality Age!
And it’s way more interesting than anything on your driver’s license.
It’s the age of your spirit, your spark,
your ability to give a damn about things.
It’s the part of you that still wants to dance.
Or start a weird business.
Because let’s be honest…
You might be 55… but already sighing like a 92-year-old man who just lost his remote.
Or 73 and launching a podcast, repainting the guest room lemon yellow, and learning to salsa.
Or 42 and already muttering, “I’m too old for that,” like someone twice your age.
Vitality isn’t a fluke.
It’s a set of choices, about how you move, eat, rest, think, speak to yourself, and spend your time.
And when you start choosing well, you start to feel more fully ALIVE!
I’ve coached women in their 50s, 60s & 70’s, who are full-color, high-volume, spark-in-the-eyes alive.
Not because they discovered a magical serum.
But because they finally stopped living like time was unlimited… and started living like it mattered.
So if you’ve been feeling more zombie than Zumba,
That’s not your age talking.
That’s your life asking for your full attention.
